Use this fantastic opportunity to brush up your netball skills in readiness for the official netball season!

Register - as a team or an individual with friends - for a full specialist coaching session followed by match play under the guidance of our VNL athletes.

Details:

  • Saturday, March 15
  • 10am - 2pm
  • Boroondara Netball Centre, Macleay Park, North Balwyn
  • Kiosk open + sausage sizzle 
 Session Plan
  1. Warm up - KNEE prgram, running, stretching
  2. Fitness / Agility stations: = footwork, ballwork, core, agility, stretching
  3. Specialist rotations - goaling, attack, defence
  4. Lunch break
  5. Fun Games
  6. Match play / round robin
  7. Cool down
Options

Register as an individual: 

  • nominate friends to be grouped with >we will then group participants according to their nominated friends / age / skill level

Register your team: 

  • 7 - 10 players
  • particpate as a team (+/- your coach) followed by match play
Cost

Individual: $40 ($25 for current Power players)

  • Team of 7 or 8: $280
  • Team of 9 or 10: $350

  • Domestic club teams / players

  • Year 3 - 9 (flexible)
  • All participants must have state membership with their club / team (Except: year 3s must be registered with our JuniorNet program for insurance with Sportscover)
Skill level

ANY - new to netball to highly skilled

  • Coaches will cater the session / stations for the relevant age / skill level
