Hire costs (incl. GST)

Conditions of Hire

Note: Additional conditions of hire will apply according to Covid Safe restrictions applicable at the time.

1. The hirer is responsible for collecting and returning the relevant key/swipe card to access the facility
2. The hirer is not permitted to give or share the key / swipe card to any other person / group.
3. A Certificate of Currency or copy of Insurance Policy must be provided with this booking form.
4. The Hirer will be responsible for the supervision and control of the group while using the Boroondara Netball Centre.

                    4.1      Supervisors must accompany children to toilets / facilities.

                    4.2      Local residents and their property must be respected at all times - no excessive noise, damage or disturbance other than that required to run a netball program.

                    4.3      All participants must behave in an orderly manner.

5. The Hirer must provide all equipment including first aid supplies.

                  5.1       The Hirer is responsible for removing, erecting and returning the goal posts & padding to the locked storage room.

6. The Hirer is responsible for maintaining the condition of the facility

                    6.1      Toilets must be left clean.

                    6.2      All rubbish must be removed.

9. The Hirer is liable for any damage or loss to any part of the facility or equipment used, including goal posts and nets.
10. No food can be sold without registration under the Food Act.
11. No liquor may be consumed at the venue
12. No smoking is allowed around the pavilion and around the courts.
13. No vehicle can be driven / ridden on the courts.
14. The Boroondara Netball Association will not be liable for injury suffered by participants or other members of the group while using the facility. The Boroondara Netball Association will not be liable for any loss of or damage to the property of the group.
