Update Club Profile if changed via USER MODULE

Registration Module:

Scroll down to Participating-In Competitions > click on the relevant competition ie) Friday Year 3/4 or Saturday Year 5 - Open
Create a form for each specific compeition ie) Friday Yr 4 and Saturday
This takes you to Competition Fees > scroll to the top of the page.
Note: the other tabs - Details, Membership, Registration Divisions, Payments - have been pre-set by Boroondara Netball Association

Fees:

You have 2 options:

Just use this form for State membership / Registration only and charge your club fees separately > click NEXT
OR include your Club fees (see below) with this Registration process

Club Fees:

Insert your club fee in the Affiliate Competition Fee column
If you are not registered for GST (community clubs & some school clubs) you must type $0 in the GST column
If you are registered for GST, the GST amount will automatically be uploaded into the GST column and added to the total

You have the option of calculating your club fee to accomodate the GST > divide by 11, then x10
Example: Club fee = $100 (GST inclusive) > Affiliate Competition Fee will be 100 divided by 11 = 9.0909 times 10 = $90.91. The GST amount $9.09 will be automatically inserted.

Note:

Ignore the Affiliate Nomination Fee column
No need to enter fees into Senior Player year 4 - 10 as there will be none
Scroll down > do not add club fees to the Individual User Single Game Fees or to the Officials / off court membership.

Registration Form:

Registrations Open	Any date you choose
Registrations Close	Suggest end of season date as players my register during the season
Membership Product	Select Player, Senior / Junior Officials / Off the Court
Membership Type	Click Junior Player for all age groups including open. Click Senior Player for years 11,12, open only Click Coach & Umpire for Officials membership Ignore the last 3 columns (Lock, Cap, Public)
Training	Details where relevant
Special Notes	About your club / competition where relevant
Photoes	ie) logo
Reply to	Club administrator's details
Additional Questions	Tick if you want this information added to your form

Send Invites to:	Send: the system will send the form to your members on Netball Connect No Send: you can send your link to the form to all members
Single Use Discount Fee	This applies if the CLUB wants to pay a member's registration on their behalf. Click Add Code and send the person that code Create a different code per person Your club will then have the fee withdrawn
Click Open Registrations	The URL at the top of the page is the link to your club registration form. Save and send to your members!

The Netball Connect system brings up every competition we are registered to (except VNL). Hopefully this will be changed as the system is upgraded!

The Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs WNNA Competitions are relevant to our Boroondara Power Representative teams only. They are not relevant to our Fri/Sat competition.

To find your fixture / ladder:

1) Year: make sure the year is 2023

2) Organisation: Boroondara Netball Association

3) Competition: select BNA Friday for Year 3/4 and BNA Saturday for Yr 5 - open

4) Division: select your division (see Grading Divisions if unsure)

5) Team: select your team for the season fixture OR "all" for the entire section

NOTE* Every participant must register to every different competition they participate in.

Every club/team you play with will send you a LINK and you must register with that competition.
If you do not register to each competition, you cannot be allocated to a team and you are not insured with that competition.
You will only pay the Netball Vic membership fee ONCE per calendar year. Therefore, if you have paid with another club in 2023, you must still register with the competition but will not pay the NV fee.

Therefore EVERY player, coach & umpire must register with the relevant Boroondara Netball Association competition each year ie) Autumn and Spring. If you have not registered, you will not be able to be allocated to your team list and will be deemed to be an unregistered player - meaning your team will lose 4 points.

Boroondara Netball Association currently has 4 "owned"competitions available for clubs & their members to register to:

BNA Saturday Autumn/Winter Competition
BNA Friday Autumn/Winter Year 4 program
BNA Saturday Spring Fling (Term 4)
BNA Friday Spring Fling (Term 4)

Registration instructions for participants:

CLUB MEMBERS: You will need the LINK URL provided to you by YOUR club for the competition you are registering to.

INDIVIDUAL TEAM MEMBERS: You will need the LINK URL provided to you by YOUR team manager for the competition you are registering to.

Log-In	Click on the LINK provided to you by your club / team manager ONLY register via your club link, NOT via the app on Netball Connect Most will have created an account > log-in with your SAME username & PW If you have never created an account > click "NEW USER - REGISTER"
Participant Details	Click on your name > update your details if changed > "NEXT" If you are a new user, click on "New PARTICIPANT Registration" Follow the prompts Do NOT click "New TEAM Registration"
Select Competition	Click Membership Product ie) player / official (umpire / coach) Click Division ie) Year 6 etc The NV state membership fee may be shown but will be deducted at the end if already paid. Click > "Add Competition & Membership"
Additional Information	Complete details of not already done Click > "Add Competition & Membership"
Participants	Paying for "Full Competition Up Front" vs single game Click to agree "Terms & Conditions" Click > "Continue"
Payment	Note that the NV State Membership fee has been deducted if you have already paid this year. Select direct debit vs credit card Click "Submit" An INVOICE will appear You will receive an email confirming your registration

Remember you will only pay the State Membership fee once BUT you still need to register with every single competition you play in.

1. CLUBS:

Each CLUB will set up their own registration form in NetballConnect where every member will self-register with their club and therefore the relevant BNA competition. If you have signed up with a club you will be sent their LINK.

Club select their own payment options:

NV State Membership only > club fees will be collected separately by your club administrator.
NV State Membership + club fees > fee is split so the NV state membership goes to Netball Vic and the club component is paid to the club.

2. INDEPENDENT TEAMS: not part of a club

All Team Managers will receive a LINK to forward to their players, coaches and umpires to self-register with Boroondara Netball Association. Click on this link and follow the prompts, even if you have registered with another organisation / team. This will ensure that you are included on your team list.

Payment will be for NV State Membership only > team fees will be collected separately by your team manager

3. UMPIRES:

If you are a member of a club / team, please register as an OFFICIAL - UMPIRE via your club /team link
