Log-In:

• Club Administrator to log-In to NetballConnect  https://netball-comp-admin.worldsportaction.com/login
• Update Club Profile if changed via USER MODULE

Registration Module:

• Scroll down to Participating-In Competitions > click on the relevant competition ie) Friday Year 3/4 or Saturday Year 5 - Open
• Create a form for each specific compeition ie) Friday Yr 4 and Saturday
• This takes you to Competition Fees > scroll to the top of the page.
• Note: the other tabs - Details, Membership, Registration Divisions, Payments - have been pre-set by Boroondara Netball Association

Fees:

You have 2 options:

1. Just use this form for State membership / Registration only and charge your club fees separately > click NEXT
2. OR include your Club fees (see below) with this Registration process

Club Fees:

• Insert your club fee in the Affiliate Competition Fee column
• If you are not registered for GST (community clubs & some school clubs) you must type $0 in the GST column
• If you are registered for GST, the GST amount will automatically be uploaded into the GST column and added to the total

• You have the option of calculating your club fee to accomodate the GST > divide by 11, then x10
• Example: Club fee = $100 (GST inclusive) > Affiliate Competition Fee will be 100 divided by 11 = 9.0909 times 10 = $90.91. The GST amount $9.09 will be automatically inserted.

Note:

• Ignore the Affiliate Nomination Fee column
• No need to enter fees into Senior Player year 4 - 10 as there will be none
• Scroll down > do not add club fees to the Individual User Single Game Fees or to the Officials / off court membership.
