Organisational Overview

Boroondara Netball Association was incorporated in 1996 and is now one of the largest netball associations in Victoria catering for over 3500 members from community clubs and local schools. In 2009 we were awarded one of 10 coveted licences (Boroondara Express) in the Victorian Netball League (VNL), completing our “PATHWAY TO THE TOP” for athletes, umpires, coaches and administrators from junior levels to the elite VNL.

Role Description
  • Management of BNA social media platforms
  • Maximise followings for social media platforms
  • Promote Association events.
  • Promote / connect sponsors to clubs / teams
  • Maximise exposure of High Performance programs & achievements - POWER & EXPRESS – to BNA clubs and Sponsors
  • Liaise with BNA leadership team re marketing initiatives and outcomes
Location
  • Netball venues: Boroondara Netball Centre & Boroondara Sports Complex, Nth Balwyn
  • Administration: primarily from home
Timing / Remuneration
  • Days per week / hours per day are as required
  • Honorarium can be negotiated

Requirements

Commitment to:

  • Abide by Netball Victoria Codes of Conduct & the Netball Australia Member Protection Policy
  • ·Submit a current Working with Children Check if > 18 yrs
  • Comply with the Victorian Government & Netball Victoria Child Safe Standards
